If you’ve been following me for long enough, then you know I’m CRAZY in love with my morning time smoothies!
I try really hard to make them EVERY day for my family and which ever one of my best friends is sleeping over at the time.
We usually go grocery shopping at the beginning of the week and get a LARGE variety of fruit for the week to put in our smoothies.
Then every morning I alternate between fruits every day deciding which we need to balance out and get the most vitamins from all of them cumulatively by the end of the week.
Finding new smoothie recipes definitely keeps things interesting thought!
Raspberry and nut sounds great, I think i’ll be trying this one in the morning.
Since I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life I have to go out of my way to add protein to whatever I can whenever I can. Nuts are a fabulous sneeky little way to fit it in :)
Try making smoothies every morning for a week, I bet by the end of the week your body will feel better than it ever has before.
